You may use the assessment appeals form link (located above) to download the form to appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals. The Board of Assessment Appeals can act on appeals of motor vehicle assessments on the October 1, 2008 grand list. The appeal petition must be filed in the assessor's office no later than Friday, August 28, 2009. The board will meet on Wednesday, September 9, 2009 in the Main Meeting Room of the town office building at 933 Hopmeadow Street, beginning at 3:00 pm.
