In Attendence: Liz Banco, Joyce Howard, Terry Boulton, Pat Carbone, Kathy Oakes, Steve Mitchell, John Hampton, Dominique Avery, Barbara O'Connor and Laurie Matzcak.
Meeting Called to Order at 8:00PM
Approval of minutes of December meeting
Introduction of Rene (Historical Society) to Committee members
Old Business:
1. Kathy Oakes updated on Bookmarks from Sir Speedy which should be ready this week.
2. Terry discussed Rotary kiosk, showed us the rendering and use of space, with one secure cabinet locked 24/7.
3. John discussed Town Hall kiosk, as Three Lives of Town Hall (elementary, junior, high school) with students being responsible with aid of art teacher.
4. John reported on Volunteer Expo to be held in April on the 28th from 6 to 9PM with assistance of Pat Carbone, details of parking and other issues discussed.
5. Schedule made for Town Hall phone.
6. Liz discussed distribution of brochures and postcards, etc. for sale, at various town locations.
7. Liz spoke of the need for us to keep costs down in every area we can.
New Business:
1. Laurie spoke of TVA with Performing Arts Center at the Mill by Fall.
2. Terry spoke of possible return of Septemberfest in the Fall with more info forthcoming.
