PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES
MARCH 12, 2007 - SPECIAL MEETING
I. CALL TO ORDER
Austin Barney, Chairman, Simsbury Zoning Commission called this special joint meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in Room 106 at the Simsbury Town Offices. Also in attendance from the Zoning Commission were: Jim Gallagher, Patricia Askham and Scott Barnett.
John Loomis, Chairman, Simsbury Planning Commission called this special joint meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in Room 106 at the Simsbury Town Offices. Also in attendance from the Planning Commission were Susan Bednarcyk, Ernest Gardow, Charles Houlihan, Greg Piecuch and Carol Cole.
In attendance from Town Staff were Hiram Peck, Director of Planning, and Howard Beach, Zoning Enforcement Officer/Conservation Officer/Planning Analyst. Brian Smith, Attorney, Robinson & Cole also attended this meeting.
II. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING LITIGATION ON MEADOWOOD APPLICATION WITH TOWN COUNSEL.
The commissions went into Executive Session at 6:01 p.m.
The commissions came out of Executive Session at 7:12 p.m.
No action taken. No motions made
III. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:14 p.m.
