Hearings with taxpayers meeting individually with a member of the board may also take place in Room 107 and Room 114, as needed.

 

  1. To hear from taxpayers claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of the assessor. (The list of appellants is attached.)
  2. To see what action the Board will take concerning appeals on real estate previously appealed since the 2012 revaluation.
  3. To see what action the board will take on the appeals that are heard.
  4. To see what action the board will take on approving the minutes for the September, 2016 motor vehicle appeals.

Items 2 and 3 may be taken up as time permits between hearings.
