A Special Meeting of the Board of Finance will be held immediately following the Public Hearing on Operating and Capital Budgets (scheduled for 5:45 PM) on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 in the Main Meeting Room of Simsbury Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut.
The Agenda is as follows:
- Call to order
- Finance Director’s Report and State Budget Update
- Discussion and possible action regarding Operating and Capital Budgets
- Appointment of Auditor for FY 2016 Audit
- Approval of Supplemental Appropriation in accordance with Section 809(c) of the Town Charter in the amount of $660,000 for the SHS Turf Field Replacement Project
- Distribution of Milliman’s OPEB Valuation reports
