TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on Tuesday, November 15, 2016:

 

1.            Approved with conditions Application #16-26 of Daniel Hsu, Agent; Town of Simsbury, Owner; for the construction of a retaining wall in the wetlands on the property located at 100 Old Farms Road. Zone R-40.

 

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
