LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION

TOWN OF SIMSBURY

HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held on Thursday, March 2, 2017, in the Conference Room of the Simsbury Board of Education:

 

a.            Approved with modifications Application #16-05 of Christina Levin Gerdner, Owner, for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the replacement of the roof on the residence on the property located at 51 East Weatogue Street (Assessor’s Map H13, Block 108, Lot 009A). Zone R-40.

 

A copy of this decision is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Office, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070.
