Town Center Design Guidelines meeting

The Public and all land use Commission members are invited to attend a meeting with the Simsbury Design Review Board and Winter & Associates, the consultant who has drafted the new Town Center Design Guidelines. The meeting will be held at the Simsbury Library at 725 Hopmeadow Street on January 14, 2013 at 7 pm.

The public will be welcome to participate in the discussion and make any comments they wish at this meeting. Hiram Peck, Director of Planning said “This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in how the Town Center will look in years to come to attend and make any comments they wish to offer before these new guidelines are adopted by the Design Review Board. It is hope that attendance at this meeting will include anyone interested in the downtown area. The new Town Center Guidelines are available on line at www.simsbury-ct.gov”
