LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION

TOWN OF SIMSBURY

PLANNING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following actions at a Regular Meeting held in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, on Tuesday, April 11, 2017:

 

1.            Approved with conditions Application #17-01 of Dorset Crossing LLC, Owner, for the revision to the layout of the temporary cul-de-sac, resulting in the re-subdivision of the properties located at 115 Casterbridge Crossing (Assessor’s Map H04, Block 403, Lot 13A-G) and 130 Casterbridge Crossing (Assessor’s Map H04, Block 403, Lot 13A-D). Zone PAD.

 

Copies of this decision are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Office, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070.
