Mail-in Enrollment in a Politcal Party

Mail-in Voter Registration - Presidential Preference Primary - April 26

Deadline for mail-in registration party enrollment for new voters, and for unaffiliated voters to enroll in a party, for voting in its Presidential Preference Primary to be held on April 26. 

• For new voters, the mail-in application must be postmarked or received by the Registrar of Voters, or by the registration agency, by this date.
• For unaffiliated voters, the mail-in application must be received (not merely postmarked) by the Registrar of Voters by this date. 
• See April 25 for exception for in-person enrollment.
