b.            Application #17-13 of Andrew Quirk, Kratzert, Jones & Associates, Inc., Agent, for a proposed Text Amendment to Article Ten, Section E.3 of the Town of Simsbury Zoning Regulations, to permit the Zoning Commission to reduce the side parking setback by five (5) feet and require additional landscaping.
