CHANGE IN PROCEDURES DURING TAX SEASON

If you have any questions or concerns with any of the services our office provides, please contact our office at 860-658-3251 and let us know what you prefer for a call back time.  Phone calls will be answered during office hours and voicemails will be checked at 9am, noon and 4:00pm daily.  Our return call to you may have “No Caller ID”; please plan to answer as this may be us, or check your voicemail for our call.

Motor Vehicle Pro-Rates/Removals (adjustments for sold, totaled, junked, etc.) or Wrong Tax Town:
Please refer to information for motor vehicle taxation on our website for required documentation for proof.

Documents can be faxed to 860-658-3285, emailed to assessoroffice@simsbury-ct.gov, mailed or dropped in the Lock-Box (don’t forget to mark the envelope: Attention Assessor’s Office).  Please provide an address, phone number or email for us to contact you if needed.
