The Town of Simsbury’s Board of Selectmen has adopted an Economic Development Commission Ordinance pursuant to the provisions of section 7-136 of the Connecticut General Statutes and Chapter VI, Section 609 of the Town Charter.  The Ordinance establishes the membership, terms, duties and responsibilities for a new economic development commission.  

A copy of the Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office and the Town Clerk shall, upon request, mail a copy of the Ordinance to any person requesting a copy at no charge.  The Ordinance is also available for review on the Town of Simsbury website, www.simsbury-ct.gov on the Board of Selectmen page.
