LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION

TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on Tuesday, April 17, 2018:

 

1.            Approved with conditions Application #18-04 of Scott and Donna Summers, Owners, for the construction of a covered porch attached to the residence in the upland review area to a wetland on the property located at 6 Pond Side Lane (Assessor’s Map D12, Block 151, Lot 017). Zone R-40.

 

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
