REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut via Zoom Meeting ID: 994 3438 7234 on Tuesday, June 2, 2020:

1. Approved with conditions, Application #20-03 of Robert & Stephanie Carroll, Applicant/Owner, to install an above ground pool and with deck on the property located at 62 West Mountain Road. (Assessor’s Map B11, Block 406, Lot 012). Zone R-40
2. Approved with conditions, Application #20-04 of Ronald & Mary Ellen Pollack, Applicant/Owner; to install an above ground pool on the property located at 26 Red Stone Drive. (Assessor’s Map E17, Block 201, Lot 053). Zone R-40
3. Approved with conditions, Application #20-05 of Tim Carson, Applicant/Owner; to install an in ground pool with associated grading pool on the property located 70 Simsbury Manor Drive. (Assessor’s Map F-16, Block 116, Lot 060). Zone R-15
