TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on Tuesday, July 2, 2019:

 

1.            Approved with conditions Application #18-05 of Nadine Eales, Owner, for the placement of a 10’x16’ shed in the wetlands on the property located at 28 Alder Road (Assessor’s Map F06, Block 302, Lot 022). Zone R-15.

 

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
