TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

SPECIAL MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a special meeting held in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on Tuesday, September 11, 2018:

 

1.            Approved with conditions Application #18-12 of, Hristos and Cherie Lafazanidis, Owners, for an addition to the existing residence in the upland review area to a wetland on the property located at 32 Evans Drive (Assessor’s Map C20, Block 511, Lot 012E). Zone R-40.

 

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
