TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION
INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on Tuesday, November 19, 2019:

1. Approved with conditions Application #19-10 of Justin & Jessica Olewnik, Owners, for the placement of a 10’ x 14’ storage shed in the upland review area on the property located at 17 Saxton Brook Drive. (Assessor’s Map H04, Block 403, Lot 006). Zone R-40.

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
