LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION
TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION
INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

Notice is hereby given that the following application was approved with standard conditions by the Simsbury duly authorized wetlands agent: June 7, 2021, application #21-14, 1 Hamilton Lane, construction of a deck within upland review area.

Notice is hereby given that on June 15, 2021 the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Commission approved with standard and special conditions the following applications, application #21-11, 5 Highridge Road, the de-silting of a pond that services a Simsbury Fire Department dry hydrant, application #21-13, 32-36 Iron Horse Boulevard, construction of a residential development and associated storm water infrastructure within the upland review.

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
