TOWN OF SIMSBURY
HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION - REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held on Thursday, January 9, 2019, in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT:

a. Approved with conditions, Application #19-04 of Walter Morkesdal, Owner; Rhino-Back Roofing, Applicant; for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the removal of the old roof and the installation of a new roof on the property located at 112 East Weatogue Street (Assessor’s Map H12, Block 106, Lot 032). Zone R-40.

A copy of this decision is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Office, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070.
