LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION

TOWN OF SIMSBURY

HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held on Thursday, July 7, 2016, in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices:

  1. Denied Application #16-02 of Simsbury Land Trust, Owner, for a Certificate of Appropriateness for Phase 1 of the construction of a parking area on the property located at East Weatogue Street (Assessor’s Map H11, Block 106, Lot 037A). Zones R-40 and R-80.  

A copy of this decision is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Office, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070.
