LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION

TOWN OF SIMSBURY

HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held on Thursday, October 4, 2018, in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT:

 

a.            Approved Application #18-04 of Mark R. Prete and Michelle Ann Pennington, Owners, for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a gravel driveway on the property located at 55 East Weatogue Street (Assessor’s Map H13, Block 108, Lot 010A). Zone R-40.

 

A copy of this decision is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Office, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070.
