The Historic District Commission of the Town of Simsbury will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT Via Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/2574297243 Phone: 1 646-558-8656, Meeting ID: 257 429 7243 on the following application(s):

a. Application #20-07 CRS Landscape & Excavation, Applicant; Marshall Epstein, Owner for a Certificate of Appropriateness to dismantle an approximately 30’x 80’ barn on the property located at 25 East Weatogue Street (Assessor’s Map H14, Block 108 Lot 003). Zone R-40.

At this hearing, interested persons may appear via zoom and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the above is on file for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT.
