1. Registration of David G. Marren, Registrant for The F. A. Bartlett Tree Expert Company for the tree care company located on the property at 1250 Hopmeadow Street as an entity that has regulated activities occurring in the Simsbury Aquifer Protection Area.

2. Potential adoption of the modification of the Zoning Map to show the Tariffville Aquifer Protection Area.
