TOWN OF SIMSBURY

PLANNING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

The Planning Commission of the Town of Simsbury will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Offices Main Meeting Room, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on the following:

 

1.            Application #18-02 of Robert Green Associates, Agent; Robert Cave, Owner; for a 2-lot re-subdivision on the property located at 14 Roswell Road (Assessor’s Map A16, Block 307, Lot 015). Zone R-40. 

 

At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the above is on file in the offices of the Town Clerk and Town Planner, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, for public inspection.
