LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION

TOWN OF SIMSBURY

PLANNING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following actions at a Regular Meeting held in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, on Tuesday, October 25, 2016:

  1. Approved with modifications Application #16-03 of Denno Land Surveying, Agent; Alice M. Yokabaskas, Owner; for a 2-lot re-subdivision on the property located at 224 Old Farms Road (Assessor’s Map C05, Block 301, Lot 008A). Zone R-80.

Copies of this decision are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Office, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070.
