PLANNING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following actions at a Regular Meeting held in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, on Tuesday, December 11, 2018:
1. Approved Application #18-01 of Michael Glidden, CFM, CZEO, Director of Planning & Community Development, Agent; Town of Simsbury Planning Commission, Petitioner; for amendments to the following sections of the Town of Simsbury Subdivision Regulations: Section 7: Subdivision Application Procedures; Section 8: Subdivision Submission Requirements; Section 9: Subdivision Plan Requirements. The effective date is January 8, 2019.
Copies of this decision are on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and the Planning Office, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070.
