1. Application #20-07 of Mark & Leke Scully /Solectran LLC, Applicants/Owner, for a variance to Section 2.3.1.D.1 of the Simsbury Center Code to allow 8 feet in lieu of the 10 foot setback for construction of solar canopies at property located at 690 Hopmeadow Street (Assessor’s Map G11, Block 132, Lot 053). Zone SC-1
2. Application #20-08 of Scott Woessner, Applicant/Owner for a variance of Section 3.10I to construct a pool in the front yard of the property located at 2 Grant Estate Drive (Assessor’s Map C10, Block 101, Lot 001) Zone R-40
