a.            Application #18-01 of Robert Long, Owner, for variances to the side and rear yard setbacks pursuant to Article Eight, Section A, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to accommodate the construction of a pool shed on the property located at 2 ½ Timber Ridge Drive (Assessor’s Map F06, Block 306, Lot 029). Zone R-40OS. (public hearing set to open 05/23/2018)

 

2.            Discussion and Possible Action

a.            Application #18-01 of Robert Long, Owner, for variances to the side and rear yard setbacks pursuant to Article Eight, Section A, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to accommodate the construction of a pool shed on the property located at 2 ½ Timber Ridge Drive (Assessor’s Map F06, Block 306, Lot 029). Zone R-40OS. (decision must be rendered within 65 days of closing public hearing)
