a.            Application #18-03 of Chris and Debbie Stanhope, Owners, for a variance to the side yard setback pursuant to Article Eight, Section A, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to accommodate the construction of a deck attached to the existing residence on the property located at 173 Hoskins Road (Assessor’s Map F05, Block 301, Lot 015). Zone R-40. (public hearing scheduled to open 08/22/2018; must be closed by 09/26/2018)

2.            Discussion and Possible Action

a.            Application #18-03 of Chris and Debbie Stanhope, Owners, for a variance to the side yard setback pursuant to Article Eight, Section A, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to accommodate the construction of a deck attached to the existing residence on the property located at 173 Hoskins Road (Assessor’s Map F05, Block 301, Lot 015). Zone R-40. (decision must be rendered within 65 days of closing public hearing)
