LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF SIMSBURY
ZONING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

The Zoning Commission of the Town of Simsbury will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting to be held on Monday, January 6, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on the following:

1. Application #19-52 of Rob Olson, Applicant; Cockpit Properties LLC, Owner; for a Special Exception pursuant to Article Seven, Section I.5.a, of the Simsbury Zoning Regulations to change the use to a gymnasium on the property located 270 feet from the intersection of Lordship Road and Wolcott Road (Assessor’s Map I02, Block 439, Lot 001A). Zone I-1.

At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, for public inspection.
