LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF SIMSBURY

ZONING COMMISSION – REGULAR MEETING

 

The Zoning Commission of the Town of Simsbury will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting to be held on Monday, July 1, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on the following:

 

1.            Application  #19-32 of Hetal Shah, Applicant; Aquarion Water Company, Owner; Al Wells, Tighe & Bond, Inc., Agent; for a Special Exception pursuant to Article Seven, Section M, for construction in the floodplain of the Stratton Brook Centralized Treatment Facility on the property located at 190 Stratton Brook Road (Assessor’s Map D12, Block 151, Lot 008C). Zone R-40.

 

At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received.  A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, for public inspection.
