ZONING COMMISSION – SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Commission of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at its regular meeting held on Monday, January 4, 2016, in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut:

1. Approved Application #15-42 of the Town of the Simsbury Zoning Commission for a Proposed Text Amendment to the Town of Simsbury Zoning Regulations, to be enacted as Article Three A. 1. a, for a 12-month moratorium on applications for, or approvals of, permits for development under Article Ten, Section N, Workforce Housing Overlay Zone, effective January 10, 2016, through January 9, 2017.

A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut for public inspection.
