1. To hear from representatives of the Old Canal Way Homeowners’ Association on matters of concern to them and their members, pertaining to the assessment and taxation of their properties.
2. To hear from taxpayers claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of the assessor.
3. To see what action the board will take on any of the appeals that it has heard, including the April 13, 2012 appeals (see attached list).
4. To see what action the board will take on approving the minutes of the April 3, 2012 and April 5, 2012 regular meetings and the April 7, 2012 special meeting.
