Energy Assistance

The Simsbury Community and Social Services Department has been designated as an official intake site for residents wishing to apply for the Connecticut Energy Assistance Program. The program is available to assist households in paying for winter heating costs. The program also has a "heat included" component for renters.

Each year, the Energy Assistance Program income guidelines and assistance levels are revised. We encourage Simsbury residents to apply.  Please call us to schedule an appointment and for additional information.  Documentation is required.
