1. To see what action the board will take on the appeals heard on
April 3, 2012; April 5, 2012; April 7, 2012; April 13, 2012.
2. To see what action the board will take on affirming its assessment
of Lot 24 Grist Mill Road, property of Mill Commons, LLC, as voted at its
regular meeting of April 3, 2012.
3. To see what action the board will take on affirming its addition to
the October 1, 2011 grand list, and its assessment of a lot adjacent to 358
West Mountain Road, property of 358 West Mountain, LLC, as voted its
regular meeting of April 3, 2012.
4. To hear from taxpayers claiming to be aggrieved by the doings of
the assessor and to see what action the board will take on the appeals
heard on April 20, 2012 and to resume consideration of the appeals
mentioned in Item 1 of this agenda. (See attached list.)
5. To see what action the board will take on approving the minutes of
the April 13, 2012 special meeting.
6. To see what action the board will take on setting a date for the
September 2012 motor vehicle session.
