b.            Application #17-18 of Gerard Toner, Director, Town of Simsbury Culture, Parks and Recreation, Applicant; Town of Simsbury, Owner; for regrading of the fifth hole green complex at Simsbury Farms on the property located at 100 Old Farms Road.
