ABSENT: Margery Winters, Jason Levy, Charles Haldeman, and Chad Thompson

ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Town Planner Michael Glidden.

I. CALL TO ORDER:

There was not a quorum present so meeting was canceled. Next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday April 3, 2018.
