Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on Tuesday, January 5, 2015:

1. Approved with conditions Application #15-48 of John M. Lightfoot, Applicant;  Nancy Onken, Owner; for the construction of an addition to the existing residence on the property located at 35 Lucy Way (Assessor’s Map H13, Block 109, Lot 023). Zone R-80.

A copy of this decision is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk and Planning Office, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
