INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

 

Notice is hereby given that the following application(s) were approved by the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Agent on January 9, 2023: 

 

Application CC # 23-01 of Melanie Nordquist, Agent/Applicant, to install 3 new above ground LP tanks and lines within the upland review area at 11 Buttonwood Dr. (Assessor’s Map G06 Block 306 Lot 017). Zone R-40 OS.            

A copy of this decision is on file in the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
