LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF SIMSBURY – REGULAR MEETING

CONSERVATION COMMISSION/INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

 

The Conservation Commission, designated the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency for the Town of Simsbury, will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, on the following matter(s):

 

a.            Application #18-19 of Jordan Blumberg, Applicant; Estate of Francis W. Ashmore, Owner; for an Inland Wetlands Map Amendment to reflect more accurate mapping of the property located at 62 Laurel Lane (Assessor’s Map E06, Block 107, Lot 073B). Zone R-25.

 

At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut for public inspection.
