LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

 

The Town of Simsbury Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency will hold a public hearing at a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at the Simsbury Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070 in the Main Meeting Room at 7:30 p.m. on the following application:

 

Application CC # 22-27 of the Town of Simsbury, Owner, Thomas Roy, Applicant, for construction of a ± 3,600 linear foot, 10-foot-wide, concrete trail with pedestrian boardwalks and associated site improvements along the Farmington River on property and right of way located near Tariffville Road from Hopmeadow Street to Curtiss/Pattison Parks.

                           

The application is on file in the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
