Notice is hereby given that the Town of Simsbury Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency approved the following application(s) at a regular meeting held on January 17, 2023, at the Simsbury Town Hall, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut:

Application CC # 22-27 of the Town of Simsbury, Owner, Thomas Roy, Applicant, for construction of a ± 3,600 linear foot, 10-foot-wide, concrete trail with pedestrian boardwalks and associated site improvements along the Farmington River on property and right of way located near Tariffville Road from Hopmeadow Street to Curtiss/Pattison Parks.
