LEGAL NOTICE OF ACTION

TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

REGULAR MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency of the Town of Simsbury took the following action(s) at a regular meeting held in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut on Tuesday, February 2, 2016:

 

1.            Approved with conditions Application #16-01 of R.A.M. Contracting, Applicant; Cathy and Gary LaBrecque, Owners; for drainage repairs and improvements in a wetland adjacent to the existing residence on the property located at 63 Woodchuck Hill Road (Assessor’s Map A10, Block 420, Lot 009). Zone R-40.
