LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF SIMSBURY – REGULAR MEETING

CONSERVATION COMMISSION/INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

 

The Conservation Commission, designated the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency for the Town of Simsbury, will hold a Public Hearing at a Regular Meeting to be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room at the Simsbury Town Offices, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut, on the following matter(s):

 

1.            Application #16-02 of Town of Simsbury, Owner, to retain and maintain a culvert constructed along the trail on the property located east of the recreation fields at 28 Iron Horse Boulevard (being shown in the Assessor’s records as Hopmeadow Street, Assessor’s Map H09, Block 226, Lot 005). Zone R-40.

 

At this hearing, interested persons may appear and be heard and written communications will be received. A copy of the above is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut for public inspection.
