Notice is hereby given that the following application(s) were approved by the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Agent on March 1, 2023:   

Application CC #23-07 of David McIntyre, Owner, for a wetland permit for the construction of a ± 288 sq. ft. 2nd story addition over an existing deck and construction of a new ± 240 sq. ft. deck in the upland review area at 9 Grimes Brook Place. (Assessor’s Map F07, Block 107, Lot 019) Simsbury, CT 06070. Zone R-15.
