Notice is hereby given that the following application(s) were approved by the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Agent on March 15, 2023:  

Application CC #23-10 of Northeast Pinstripes, LLC, Owner, for a wetland permit to allow clearing and excavating of ± 1,307 sq. ft. of the site associated with the attachment of a sewer lateral in the upland review area at 54 Church Street. (Assessor’s Map K04 Block 204 Lot 020) Simsbury, CT 06070. Zone R-15.
