TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

 

The Town of Simsbury Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency will hold a public hearing at a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at the Simsbury Public Library, 725 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, Connecticut 06070 in the FSPL Room at 7:30 p.m. on the following application:

Application CC #23-12 of Stephen Zappone of Northwest Homes, Applicant, Brain & Ann O’Donnell, Owners, for a map amendment to the Town of Simsbury’s Official Wetlands Map  to clarify the wetland boundary associated with the construction of a single-family home in the upland review area at 58 Great Pond Road. (Assessor’s Map F08, Block 110, Lot 129) Simsbury, CT 06070. Zone R-40OS.
