INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were approved by the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Agent on May 4, 2022:

Application #22-04, 37 Long View Drive, installation of an A/C condenser within upland review area.

Application #22-05, 12 Springbrook Lane, the construction of a garage addition within the upland review area.

Application #22-06, 24 Musket Trail, the construction of a deck within the upland review.

A copy of this decision is on file in the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
