TOWN OF SIMSBURY – CONSERVATION COMMISSION

INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES AGENCY

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were approved by the Simsbury Inland Wetlands Agent on May 25, 31, and 23, 2022 respectively:  

Application #22-08, 15 Hop Brook Road, construction of two decks within the upland review area.  

Application #22-09, 18 Rocklyn Drive, to fill in an inground pool in the upland review area.

Application #22-10, 27 Woodlot Road, installation of a propane tank within the upland review area.

A copy of this decision is on file in the Planning Department, 933 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, CT 06070.
